The SPFL Betting Preview: Week 29

Alright lads. Let’s get ready for another weekend of red hot gambling action.

First up, I’m backing Dundee to beat Livingston at 11/8. They have had a good rest with their last game two weeks ago and that should stand them in good stead. More importantly, it will have given Paul Hartley a some time to work with the squad and get across his ideas. The Dees for me!

Next, I’m going for Forfar Athletic to beat Stranraer at 31/20. Forfar are just outside the play-offs and come into the game in excellent form. The same cannot be said for Stranraer and whilst it’s hard to say whether or now their bubble has burst they will certainly be starting to feel the pressure.

Finally, I am going for East Stirlingshire to beat Montrose at 15/8. There is nothing between the two teams so I think the Shire represent good value. Add in the fact that Montrose are struggling for goals and it looks a good bet. Stuart Garden’s men were also hammered 5-0 against Berwick Rangers last weekend so will probably be low in confidence.

This week’s treble: wins for Dundee, Forfar Athletic and East Stirlingshire will win a handsome £164 from a tenner stake. Boom!, as a thick person might yelp.

If Tell Him He's Pelé were a boy band, they would probably be the much-missed One True Voice, both in terms of appearance and musical output.
