SFL Betting Preview: Week 33

PARTICK Thistle failed to get the win they needed to seal the title during midweek, but I am taking them at 10/11 to beat Falkirk on Saturday and pick up the trophy. They were very nervy against Raith Rovers, but I think they will be more relaxed this time round. There will be enough Thistle supporters to arguably make the team feel like they have home advantage.

Next up I am backing Alloa to beat East Fife at 5/6. Alloa are going all out for second place and are meeting an East Fife team who are at their lowest ebb. Everyone will have seen Billy Brown’s meltdown on the internet and it is clear he can’t get the best out of his East Fife players. I expect Alloa to take full advantage

Finally, I am going for Montrose to beat Clyde, also on offer at 5/6. Stuart Garden’s men are the favourites to nick the last play off spot and will want to get back to winning ways after a defeat to Elgin. Clyde have nothing left to play for so hopefully Montrose can do the business.

This week’s McBookie treble: wins for Partick Thistle, Alloa Athletic and Montrose give profit of £54.17 for a £10 stake.

Tell Him He's Pelé

If Tell Him He's Pelé were a boy band, they would probably be the much-missed One True Voice, both in terms of appearance and musical output.
