SFL Betting Preview: Week 32

IN the First Division, I am backing Hamilton Academical to beat Livingston at 11/5. This should be a cracking game and hats off to Livingston for charging just a fiver to get in. However, it could be a disappointing day for the home support – Hamilton are flying at the moment with Stevie May scoring goals for fun.

In the Second Division, I am going for Stenhousemuir to beat East Fife at 7/4. Stenny don’t have much to play for now, while East Fife are fighting for their lives. Therefore, this is a perfect example of bookies pricing up a game based on nothing more than a team needing to win rather than on the true chances. There is no way that East Fife should be favourites for this game and that makes Stenhousemuir the value bet.

Finally, in the Third Division, I am backing Queens Park to beat Berwick Rangers at 7/4. I know QP are on a terrible run and could even throw away second place, but they would have been favourites if this game was played three weeks ago and they haven’t become a bad team overnight. That is why I think they are the value.

This week’s McBookie treble gives a whopping £232 profit for a £10 stake on wins for Hamilton Academical, Stenhousemuir and Queen’s Park.

Tell Him He's Pelé

If Tell Him He's Pelé were a boy band, they would probably be the much-missed One True Voice, both in terms of appearance and musical output.
