First up, I am backing Morton to beat Dunfermline at 7/5. The Pars are in turmoil at the moment with major problems in the board room. As we saw last year with Rangers, it is not easy for the players to put it out of their minds and Morton should take full advantage to raise the stakes with Partick Thistle.
Next, I am backing Brechin to beat East Fife at 5/6. Billy Brown got some good results when he first joined the club, but the ‘bounce’ factor seems to have deserted East Fife and they are back struggling again. Brechin can still catch Alloa for second place and look decent value.
Finally, in Division Three, I am backing Montrose to beat Annan at even money. They had a great result against Elgin last week and can build on that with a victory over a team who have only once away from home all season.
This week’s McBookie Treble: Morton, Brechin and Montrose give £78 Profit for a £10 stake.
