Stranraer winger Grant Anderson joins Craig G Telfer on the latest Pelé Podcast to look back on his career to date. In the first of two parts, Grant begins by talking about the Blues’ troubling season and how the club coped throughout their financial difficulties. He then remembers his first steps in the game as an amateur at Harmony Row and his two years in the juniors with Kirkintilloch Rob Roy.
Grant then reflects on his move into the SFL with Stenhousemuir in 2010 and the demands of the Second Division. He looks back on working with John Coughlin and the Davie Irons and talks about the Warriors’ remarkable survival on the final day of the season.
The player finishes the podcast by discussing his move into full-time football with Hamilton Academical and his efforts to establish himself within the club.
