Well, well, well!
After a two-year absence, the Pelé Podcast is back in business, baby! And you better believe it feels good!
Stenhousemuir’s star striker Mark “Mr Goals” McGuigan joins Craig G Telfer in the first installment of his two-part podcast. Mark, who netted 23 times for the Warriors last season as they won promotion to League 2, looks on back over the highs and lows of a difficult campaign.
He then talks about his first steps in the game playing in Celtic’s youth teams and his subsequent move into further education at Abertay University. Mark discusses his unexpected move into full-time football with Partick Thistle and the side’s First Division triumph in 2012/13. He then reflects on his move to Albion Rovers and their sensational Scottish Cup run, which included drawing with Rangers at Ibrox, in 2014.
Mark is on good form here and this is another must-listen show.
Cheers lads!
